Sales Consultant

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, consultative consultations tailored to individual customer needs and lifestyle goals.
- Demonstrate the Good Feet product lines and the 3-Step system or bundle to support customer wellness objectives.
- Conduct personalized fittings, including standing, walking, and kneeling, to ensure accurate product size and fit.
- Support customers during balance, walk, and other fit-testing activities.
- Create an environment that achieves team and personal goals based on company metrics.
- Coach and engage teammates to grow through coaching and company initiatives.
- Participate in ongoing training to optimize scripts, product specifics, and sales objectives.
- Maintain professionalism in all communication and business activities.
- Assist with product deliveries, inventory management, and opening / closing operations.
- Engage in store and company-wide meetings in virtual or in-person environments.
- Embrace Easy Step Vision, Mission, and values.
- Travel occasionally to other store locations for assistance.

Average annual amount : $55,000 – $68,000. Base hourly rate : $15.00 per hour; approximately $31,200 annually based on 40 hours per week. Competitive tiered commission structure based on previous month's sales total.
Requirements
Mindset geared toward brightening customers' day through friendly, respectful consultations.Drive to reach daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics.Collaborative approach to team building and continued training opportunities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Organized and efficient.Previous use of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred.Previous use of POS systems preferred.Previous understanding of sales metrics and KPIs preferred.Passionate about the value and wellness benefits of Good Feet products.Education / Experience
High School Diploma or G.E.D.Consultative sales or customer-facing sales experience preferred.Physical Requirements
