Job Details

As a Real Estate Legal Assistant, your responsibilities will include :

• Assisting attorneys with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and editing real estate documents and contracts.
• Conducting comprehensive research on property appraisers and preparing detailed reports on findings.
• Ensuring legal compliance in all real estate transactions and activities.
• Managing attorney calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating deadlines.
• Preparing and maintaining accurate billing records for attorneys, including drafting retainers and managing expense reports.
• Utilizing a comprehensive understanding of legal terminology to facilitate effective communication between attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Providing general administrative support to the legal team, such as filing, copying, and answering phone calls.
• Assisting in the preparation of legal documents and correspondence, ensuring all materials are accurate and properly formatted.
• Participating in the development of case strategies and assisting in trial preparations.
