Position Summary

The Information Technology Support Technician is responsible for supporting and maintaining in-house technology equipment and IT / AV assets. This includes installing, configuring, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading corporate hardware and software while ensuring optimal performance. The position also provides troubleshooting, end-user support, training, and assistance to ensure seamless technology operations across the property.
