Scope of Work The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for driving top of funnel sales pipeline development by converting targeted leads into sales qualified leads (SQLs).
To be successful in this role, the Lead Generation Specialist should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns, developing targeted outreach lists, and meeting sales quotas.
The ideal teammate is a self-starter with a personable approach who is driven to achieve sales goals, highly motivated by commission, and equipped with excellent communication and documentation skills to cultivate strong relationships with leads and secure discovery sales calls.
Key Responsibilities Target and qualify potential SQLs via direct targeted marketing strategies Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails cadences, and LinkedIn messenger Present company to potential clients and be able to assess a lead’s pain points and align them with the appropriate product or solution Conduct sales fit assessments to qualify leads for introduction sales meetings with Director of Business Development.
Build targeted contact lists for outreach when a Target Account is identified using market intelligence platforms.
Research market trends and any new products / services Envera Health is launching in the market Support sales operations in the form of tech stack administration and data management Analyze sales lead generation metrics Required Qualifications :
