Our client, a premiere professional association, is seeking a Sr. Employee Relations & Performance Specialist to join their team based in Alexandria, VA!

Responsibilities :

• Serve as a strategic partner to leaders and employees across the organization.
• Develop and implement strategies to strengthen employee experience.
• Handle employee relations matters, providing counsel on workplace issues, conflict resolution, and compliance.
• Conduct investigations with discretion, ensuring thorough documentation and consistency with organizational policy and values.
• Design and execute performance management initiatives, partnering with leaders to align expectations with strategic objectives.
• Deliver learning and development initiatives to empower employees and strengthen leadership.
