This is a full-time, on-site role in Franklin Park, IL that blends engineering background with sales strategy to deliver customized pump, motor, and control system solutions to commercial, industrial, and government clients.

Pay Range : $70,000-$100,000+ (Salary+Commission)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
• Provide engineering-based consultations and system solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Assemble and present technical submittals, proposals, and pricing structures.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and field teams to develop turnkey pumping system packages.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to drive strategic growth.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation through project handoff and beyond.
• Support project profitability goals through effective quoting and margin control.
