Our client is a boutique estate planning and elder law firm that cares for clients like family. They pride themselves on simplifying complex legal issues, offering compassionate guidance, and fostering long-term relationships (rather than one-off transactions). Their practice areas include estate planning, elder law, probate & trust administration, conservatorship, and related matters.

We are seeking a strong litigation associate with several years of experience to support the firms disputes, fiduciary, and probate-driven litigation work. While probate litigation experience is a plus, candidates with solid civil litigation backgrounds will also be considered. The ideal attorney is smart, fast-paced, and above all, operates with the highest levels of integrity.
