Our client, a prestigious litigation boutique, is looking to hire a senior attorney for its consumer litigation department in Los Angeles

Role Description

The senior attorney will play a crucial role in managing cases from initiation to resolution. Responsibilities include drafting complaints, planning and overseeing case schedules, managing discovery, communicating with opposing counsel, conducting hearings, and engaging in motion practice. The position also involves managing and mentoring junior attorneys.

Qualifications

• 5 years of litigation experience.
• Mandatory class action experience; consumer protection experience is a plus.
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Licensed to practice law in California; a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in New York is a plus.

Compensation
