Superintendent III

Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to meet project milestones.

Monitor and enforce safety protocols across the construction site.

Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control processes.

Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise during construction activities.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.

Prepare and submit daily reports on project progress and site conditions.

Maintain effective communication with all team members and external parties involved in the project.

A successful Superintendent III should have :

• Proven experience overseeing construction projects in the property industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site management, and safety protocols.
• Effective leadership and communication skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing project needs.
• Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.

Competitive salary ranging from $120000 to $130000 annually, based on experience.
