Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a Resource General Manager / Chef Manager to join our team to support our Hikma Account in Cherry Hill NJ. The food landscape will consist of Cafe, Catering, Vending and Office Coffee. The GM / Chef Manager will be the number 1 on site and the Chef for the business. The GM / Chef Manager will oversee the day to day operation.

M-F 6am to 4pm, some evenings, no weekends

What You'll Do

• Manage the client relationship
• Manage the budget / finances
• Menu planning
• Ordering
• Inventory
• Catering production
• Managing a team of 5 hourly employees
