We’re currently seeking a full time Housekeeper for both weekdays and weekends.
Broad Statement of Responsibilities :
Create a welcoming and clean environment for clients and staff. Tidy common spaces and guest rooms to
ensure quality service in line with the APN standards of quality.
Qualifications : The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability

- 2+ years in Housekeeping,
- Able to stand for 8+ hours
- Able to squat, bend, kneel, and lift 50 lbs
- Knowledge of various computer programs and the ability to multitask
- Management skills and experience
- Familiarity with industry’s best practices and local vendors
- Leadership experience
- Time-management skills
- Capable of making good decision
- Ability to handle pressure well
- Ability to deal with uncertainty
- Familiarity with client admissions and departure procedures
Experience : 2+ years of housekeeping experience
Special Skills & Knowledge : Candidates should have the following skills and attributes : must be able to work
and communicate well with people; be adaptable and accept changes quickly and easily; be willing to
address conflict appropriately. Basic computer skills are required with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based
products knowledge a bonus.

Helps implement systems to ensure efficiency and delineation of tasks related to facility cleanlinessProduces timely and accurate information to communicate with other department heads regardingguest and departmental needs.
Prepare guest rooms, apartments, and rental homes for guests.Assists with hospitality department inventory, ordering, and organization of housekeeping items.Ensures that client response quality is up to standards facilities are clean and sanitized.Assists with the organization of client arrivals and departure processes to ensure room cleanliness.Offers suggestions and creative ideas that can improve upon the department’s performance.Clean and Sanitize common spaces, recording on sheet to ensure safetyMonitors and maintains communications with the hospitality staffSolves problems that arise and seizes control of issues in the building- communicating with properavenues to create solutions to the details.
Responds to client needs and requests personally.Other Duties as assigned
