Role Description

We’re seeking a  Logistics Account Manager  to join our growing team. This hybrid, contract-based role is ideal for a motivated professional with proven experience in transportation and logistics, and an existing network of direct shipper contacts. You’ll manage client relationships, oversee accounts, and coordinate with our transportation team to ensure smooth, on-time deliveries.

What you will do

• Manage and grow client accounts while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients to address needs, resolve issues, and strengthen partnerships.
• Oversee sales efforts, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
• Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure efficient logistics and transportation execution.
• Provide excellent customer service and act as a trusted point of contact for clients.
• Leverage your direct shipper contacts and book of business to generate new opportunities.
