Job Title : CNC Machinist

Job Description

Join a custom machine shop that has been specializing in designing and building custom polyurethane foaming fixtures since 1983. Over the years, we have developed a wide of equipment, including insulated door and HVAC panel fixtures, as well as both automated and manual cabinet foaming stations.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC Hass Mill VFN and VF4 machines.
• Set up manual Bridgeport electronic lathe with a digital readout, with training provided for ease of learning.
• Machine custom parts from blueprints, handle program edits, tooling changes, troubleshoot issues, and shut down the machine.
• Conduct 5-10 machine setups per day.
• Inspect parts visually and using micrometers, calipers, gauge pins, and thread pins.

The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $66560.00 / yr.
