    • About the Role

    The Company is seeking a VP, Growth Marketing to lead the data-driven marketing strategy with a focus on top-of-funnel growth and increasing the contribution of marketing to revenue. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the end-to-end growth marketing strategy, building and managing a high-performing team, and leading full-funnel growth initiatives across various channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving growth, deep expertise in performance marketing, and the ability to turn data insights into actions that improve efficiency and scalability. The VP, Growth Marketing will also be expected to partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy and a seamless customer journey.

    Candidates for the VP, Growth Marketing position at the company should have an entrepreneurial mindset, be adept at leading innovation, and have the ability to attract, grow, and retain top talent. The role demands a leader who can zoom out to vision and zoom in to flawless execution, with a strong emphasis on B2B strategies and persona-based tactics. While experience in a remote work environment is not mandatory, it is considered a plus. The ideal candidate will be energetic, curious, motivated, and ambitious, and will be expected to foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence within the growth marketing team.
