What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate CNC equipment—including lathes and mills—to produce complex parts with tight tolerances
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to guide machining operations
• Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other precision instruments
• Maintain and troubleshoot tooling and equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to drive efficiency and continuous improvement
• Uphold strict safety standards while working with machinery and materials
