Job description : -

Insurance defense experience is must

Taken fact and expert witness depositions;

Prepared for and attended mediations;

Appeared before various courts / judges handling and presenting arguments for and against various motions filed by you and respond to those filed against our clients;

Prepared and filed a multitude of normal insurance defense practice motions including MSJ's;

Second chaired trial(s);

First chair trial experience is a bonus;

Able to handle files from beginning to end,

Able to support partners on their files including various projects related to their cases;

Will work independently, as well as part of a defense team;

Your goal is to bill 160 hours a month;

Strong legal research and writing skills required;

Be a self-starter; and

Be proactive.

Client's note : - I need 3-4 Insurance Defense attorneys. Any Attorneys practiced in insurance defense firms are what I'm looking for. Our billing requirements are 160 / mo. Each attorney will have 20-30 cases to work ground up on personal injury defense cases, premises liability insurance defense cases etc.
