Salary Range : $16-$20 / hr. DOE

Location : Fargo, ND

Position Overview :

Assist customers with account access, mobile app navigation, and online banking tools

Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary

Guide users through processes like transfers, bill pay, and account management

Communicate professionally with customers via phone, chat, and email

Characteristics of a Successful Candidate :

Strong background in customer service and problem solving

Comfortable with technology, mobile apps, and basic troubleshooting

Clear, professional communication skills

Reliable, detail oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Must pass background and credit check
