We are currently looking for a Field Quality Assurance Intern to join our team in Smyrna, TN. The position will be a full-time role for the summer of 2026.

A Day in the Life :

• Identify and investigate engineering issues potentially impacting safety and / or regulatory compliance by analyzing cross functional data sources with Product Safety, Technical Compliance, and Field Quality Investigations.
• Investigate incidents with data analysis, part collection and testing, or vehicle-level incident investigation (on-site or scramble to customer location).
• Support handover of complete investigations to the Vital Issues team for TM / TC process
• Report investigation status weekly to FQA management.
• Regular collaboration with cross functional groups for issue investigation including but not limited to R&D, FQI, PQE, NML, CQ0 and CC0.
