Job Description

Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain project timelines and budgets.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.

Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and schedules.

Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with all team members.

Ensure proper allocation of resources and materials to meet project demands.

Address and resolve any on-site conflicts or challenges promptly.

Support the implementation of company policies and procedures on-site.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have :

• Proven experience in leading construction projects within the property industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in construction software and project management tools.
• A results-driven attitude and attention to detail.
