Key Responsibilities
Lead and enhance onboarding and offboarding processes to improve employee experience
Administer HR systems and ensure compliance with employment laws and policies
Support recruitment processes and maintain positive candidate experiences
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources role
Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration
Professional HR certification is a plus
Knowledge of HR administration, recruitment, payroll, and employee lifecycle programs
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
