People and Culture Specialist - $36 / hr-$40 / hr - DC

Our client, an association, is seeking a temporary to permanent People and Culture Specialist to foster an engaged, inclusive, and high-performing workplace at their Washington, DC office!

About the Job :

• Support culture initiatives and analyze feedback in order to enhance workplace culture and experience.
• Assist with talent acquisition, onboarding, and training, while ensuring fair and inclusive hiring practices.
• Manage documentation on the HRIS and SharePoint. Ensure files are organized and maintained based on the retention plan.
• Provide support for the Director for open enrollment and monthly benefit payments.
• Perform additional tasks to contribute to the culture and productivity of the workplace as required.
