Role Description

Our dynamic and rapidly expanding law firm is looking for an Of Counsel Attorney , ideally with a minimum of 3 years of experience, or a strong interest in Employment and Labor law , to join our growing practice on a flexible, case-by-case basis. This role is ideal for an independent attorney with a solid background in labor and employment law, who is looking to collaborate under the umbrella of an established firm. You will work under our firm's name, with full backend support, on a fee-sharing basis.

This is an Of Counsel position . You will operate independently under the firm's banner, contributing to ongoing and new cases. Compensation is contingency-based or fee-split, depending on the case type and involvement level. Flexible arrangements can be made regarding lead origination, court appearances, and workload.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Labor and Employment Law
• Experience with Employment Contracts and Labor Disputes
• Knowledge of Employment Tribunal processes
• Strong legal skills in research, analysis, and negotiation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive environment
• California State Bar membership in good standing
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; advanced degree preferred
