Job Description :
Heidari Law Group is looking for an experienced Senior Employment Attorney to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an attorney with at least 7 years of experience in employment law, including significant trial experience. As a senior member of the team, you will lead complex litigation, mentor junior associates, and shape the strategic direction of cases. Also, We are seeking a Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate with at least 2 years of experience in employment law. This role offers the opportunity to grow within a thriving firm while expanding your litigation expertise.
Senior Employment Attorney Responsibilities :
- Handle all aspects of employment law cases, including discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and workplace harassment
- Lead trials and arbitrations, including jury trials
- Supervise and mentor junior attorneys
- Conduct intake of screened leads and interview clients
- Provide strategic legal counsel to clients
- Manage a high-volume caseload and ensure all deadlines are met
- Develop and implement case strategies, including settlement negotiations and trial preparation
