A company is looking for a MyChart Patient Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-volume customer support for MyChart access and functionality
Deliver training and technical support to patients, families, and staff regarding MyChart
Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and assist with various MyChart-related requests
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or Medical Assisting certificate preferred
Minimum of 5 years of patient portal customer service experience
At least 2 years of experience with Electronic Medical Records
Experience with Epic MyChart patient portal
Proficient in computer applications and data entry
