$80,000.00 / yr - $92,000.00 / yr

We're looking for an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to join our team and provide essential support to attorneys in a fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What you'll do :

• Draft, revise, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and memoranda.
• Prepare and assemble documents and exhibits for filings, hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and track critical deadlines.
• Review, sort, and distribute incoming mail and email.
• Provide general administrative support, including travel arrangements and assisting with marketing materials (presentations, pitch folders, attorney bios).
