Two (2) years of experience processing FOIA requests using automation such as eDiscovery One (1) year of experience interpreting and applying the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), the Privacy Act (PA) 1974, as amended, as well as related laws, regulations, policies, and procedures to render a determination to grant access to records as well as drafting responses and maintaining records for FOIA and PA requests; OR three (3) years of experience as a working paralegal. Experience with Microsoft Office software (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Education : Bachelor's degree Strong verbal and written communication skills.
