Assist with month-end and year-end close processes. Prepare and analyze financial statements. Support audits and ensure compliance with GAAP. Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to track budgets and costs. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3-6+ years of accounting experience, preferably within the construction industry. Strong understanding of GAAP and job cost accounting. Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems. Experience with Procore or other construction accounting software highly preferred. CPA or CPA-track a plus.
We're partnering with a well-established construction company who is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their growing team. This individual will play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting operations, supporting month-end close, and ensuring accurate financial reporting for ongoing projects.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
