Salary : $18-24 / hour DOE

About Us : Pinnacle Developmental Care is dedicated to providing high-quality supports for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. We are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our clients and are looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team.

Job Description : We are seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide compassionate care and support to our clients. As a DSP, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Support individuals in achieving their personal goals and fostering independence.
  • Provide companionship and engage individuals in meaningful activities.
  • Ensure a safe and clean-living environment.
  • Document and report any changes in individuals' conditions or needs.
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in a caregiving role preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the lives of others.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must pass a background check and have a valid drivers license.
