Job Summary : Express Employment Professionals in Bellingham has partnered with a local company in Bellingham to find an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity to work with an employer who offers competitive pay and benefits!

Schedule : Full-Time

Location : Bellingham, WA

Job Duties & Responsibilities include :

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Communicate effectively on the phone, in person, and written correspondence
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with proven follow-up capabilities
• Answer multi-line phones and transfer call
• Take and distribute messages
• Maintain detailed customer account information
• Data entry
• Providing a positive customer service experience on the phone, via email, and in person
