Pay Range : $50,000$100,000 (based on performance, no earning cap!)

What Youll Do :

• Lead skilled tradespeople to complete renovation projects on time and within budget.
• Build trust with homeowners and subcontractors, ensuring top-quality results.
• Manage schedules, track progress, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Engage in community events and forge partnerships with vendors.
• Continuously learn and improve through hands-on experience and training.

What Were Looking For :

• Leadership skills to guide and motivate teams.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Passion for learning and delivering results.
• Construction experience is a plus, but well train the right candidate!
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Physical Requirements :

• Work indoors and outdoors, often in challenging conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Use of personal protective equipment as needed.
