Commercial Contracts Counsel

Responsibilities :
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including :
– Technology and software licensing agreements
– Vendor and consulting agreements
– Telecommunications and lease agreements
– Data licensing agreements
Provide pragmatic legal advice that balances risk with business objectivesManage contract lifecycles, including renewals, renegotiations, and terminationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support global infrastructure and expansion initiativesContribute to the development of contract templates, playbooks, and internal policiesPerform other duties as needed to support the legal functionExperience :
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to a U.S. state bar in good standingMinimum 5 years of legal experience with a strong focus on commercial contractsExperience with IT / software agreements, telecommunications, tower leases, and / or data licensingProven ability to negotiate complex agreements and communicate effectively across technical and business teamsPrior in-house experience in financial services, fintech, telecommunications, or technology sectors is a plusAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBusiness-minded with a practical, solutions-oriented approach to legal issues
