General Anesthesiology

• Base Salary : $600K+
• Sign-On Payment : $100K
• 50 Days Off Annually (including CME, vacation, and personal days)
• Performance Bonus : Up to $30K
• On-Call : 11 shifts / quarter, Excess Call Pay : $5K (12th-15th shifts), $5.5K (beyond 15 shifts)
• $3K / year for professional expenses
• $7K / year for CME and conferences
• Voluntary Shift Pay : $2,897.50 for 10 hours
