DIRECTOR OF MANUFACTURING

Location : Salt Lake City, UT

Reports to : General Manager

Compensation : $120 - $130K + bonus

Your Role :

As Director of Manufacturing, you'll lead end-to-end operations for an innovation-driven product line. You'll start on the floor—proving and scaling processes, driving production, and building a strong team. Working with Product and R&D, you'll help launch new products, standardize practices, and uphold safety and quality. This is a player-coach role : leading by example while developing frontline leaders who can sustain performance at scale.

What You'll Do :

• Drive Production : Oversee daily output while ensuring scale-up doesn't compromise safety, quality, or efficiency.
• Optimize Processes : Monitor key metrics, resolve bottlenecks, reduce downtime, and codify cost-efficient systems.
• Lead & Develop Teams : Hire, coach, and grow supervisors, leads, and technicians. Build a culture of accountability and improvement.
• Champion Quality & Safety : Enforce quality-at-the-source, maintain safety programs, and ensure OSHA / EPA compliance.
• Partner for Growth : Collaborate with Product / R&D to accelerate launches and scale systems.
