A company is looking for an API Technical Support Analyst to assist customers with implementing APIs and create technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Create sample applications and publish code samples for customer reference
Develop technical documentation and troubleshooting guides for internal and public use
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve APIs and support customer-specific needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a certificate from a technical training institute
2+ years of software programming experience with REST API integrations
Experience with cloud-based integrations (Azure, AWS) and API Gateways
Proficiency in C# and experience with source control (Git, GitHub)
Familiarity with Oracle and SQL Server databases is recommended
