Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring leaders to define role requirements and create Ideal Candidate Profiles
Build and maintain pipelines for full-time and specialized part-time roles
Experiment with creative sourcing strategies and maintain candidate profiles in the ATS
Required Qualifications
2+ years of sourcing experience in talent acquisition or sales, preferably in a high-growth company
Proven success in sourcing for corporate / business roles and hard-to-find talent
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator and familiarity with other sourcing tools
Experience working within an ATS, preferably Greenhouse
Creative and proactive approach to engaging talent
