Role Overview
This job is responsible for leading enterprise-wide talent development and organizational design solutions. Key responsibilities include supporting senior business leaders to identify strategies directly linked to organizational goals and implement leadership solutions across the business. Job expectations include partnering with Global Talent, Global Human Resources (GHR), business stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and vendors to execute enterprise talent processes and provide consultative support to lead the design, development, and implementation of talent development.
The Talent Consultant II
This Talent Consultant II will join the Merrill Lynch Wealth Management Team to develop leadership, learning, organizational effectiveness, and talent management solutions. Key areas of focus for a Talent Management Consultant II include Talent Management, Leadership Development, Learning Strategy, and Performance Management. This role has interaction with key leadership programs : Market Executive Leadership Academy (MELA), the MELA Readiness Program and the Resident Director Leadership Academy (RDLA).
The Talent Consultant II will align to CEO 2 deep leader(s) reporting to the Merrill Talent Executive and will be responsible for ensuring achievement of key business outcomes through the utilization of impactful consultation and organizational development skills. The successful candidate will be influential, results-oriented professionals who can develop and manage relationships across the company and with a wide variety of partners based on trust, knowledge, and teamwork.

Pay range $105,000.00 - $170,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
