Enhanced Collections Supervisor
The Superior Court of California, County of Riverside is seeking an Enhanced Collections Supervisor to oversee operations, guide staff, and ensure the efficient collection of court-ordered debt. The role includes supervising and mentoring staff within the Enhanced Collections division, overseeing the collection of delinquent court-ordered debt with an emphasis on cost recovery, developing and implementing procedures, training plans, and performance evaluations, handling escalated customer service and collection issues with professionalism and fairness, compiling and presenting statistical and narrative reports to management, and collaborating with judicial officers, internal departments, external agencies, and community partners.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least three years in a collections environment, with two years as a supervisor, senior, or lead worker.
