Location : On-site with Flexible Scheduling | Akron, Ohio

Salary : $65,000 - 75,000 base (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities (Payroll Manager) :

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multi-state employee population

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations

Partner with HR on benefits deductions, new hires, and terminations

Drive payroll system optimization, automation, and process efficiency

Support audits, reconciliations, and reporting requirements

Qualifications (Payroll Manager) :

5+ years of payroll experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or manager role

Strong knowledge of payroll laws and multi-state compliance requirements

Experience with payroll systems (ADP, Paycom, or similar) and Excel proficiency
