About the Role
More than a typical Sales Role
Lou Fusz Ford in Highland, Illinois is looking for people who understand that successful sales are about relationships with customers and teammates. We seek individuals who want to make real contributions as part of the Fusz Team and are open to learning and applying emotional intelligence, product knowledge, and our advanced technologies and processes to create a lasting customer experience.
We offer opportunities to learn our innovative sales processes and technologies and to grow personally and with the Network. We guarantee $3,000 per month for the first three months while new team members get up to speed, learn the Fusz processes, and establish themselves on the team.
If you have the relational skills and determination we are looking for, we provide training and development programs to help you succeed, even if you are not experienced in automotive sales. Many successful team members have come from diverse backgrounds including industrial or manufacturing sales, retail sales, B2B, restaurant service, cell phone sales, insurance sales, and more.

Responsibilities (After training)
Building relationships and creating customers for lifeQualifying buyers by understanding their requirements and interests; matching those requirements to the proper vehicle; building rapportDemonstrating vehicles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking customers on test drives; explaining warranties and servicesUnderstanding vehicles by studying their characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing models; inspecting vehicles; keeping up to date on job and product knowledge as requiredDeveloping buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting walk-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions; asking for referralsClosing sales by overcoming objections; asking for the sale; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; offering financing options, warranties and service contracts; collecting payments; delivering vehiclesUnderstanding the proper use of and leveraging available technologiesDirectly reporting to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysesCommunicating professionally and providing updates on customer interests and inquiriesBringing your positive attitude and A-game every dayQualifications
