Help Desk Analyst 2

We are seeking an experienced Help Desk Analyst with strong expertise in Citrix systems, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and Windows 11 environments. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience managing Citrix / VDI technologies, designing platform security, and supporting Active Directory and GPO settings. Familiarity with ServiceNow and ITIL frameworks is essential. Responsibilities include monitoring and troubleshooting remote access technologies, maintaining virtual desktop setups, and providing technical support across servers, desktops, and business applications.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 / hr.
