This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations by providing administrative, logistical, and communication support to program staff and external partners.________________________________________Key Responsibilities : Program Support
- Assist in the coordination and execution of foundation programs & events, community events, etc.
- Maintain program calendars, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support the development of program materials, reports, and presentations.
- Provide logistical support for events and campaigns.
- Collaborate with departments within PHN and community to align messaging. Administrative & Logistical Support
- Schedule meetings, take minutes, and manage follow-ups.
- Organize materials for events.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in program databases.Communication & Outreach
- Maintain relationships with local partners, vendors, community groups and volunteers within the PHN / PHNCF service area.
- Support program-related communications, including emails, newsletters, and updates.
- Capture and organize photos, videos and stories from community events, PHNCF events etc. Monitoring & Reporting
- Track program metrics, deadlines, and reporting requirements.
- Assist in compiling data for internal and external reports.
- Support evaluation efforts by gathering feedback and outcomes.
- Place and monitor Marketing requests etc. ________________________________________Qualifications :
- 1–3 years of experience in program coordination, nonprofit work, or administrative support.
- Bachelor’s degree required but not necessary. Preferred Skills :
- Experience working with diverse communities or in a mission-driven environment.
- Familiarity in non-profit work and community outreach.
- Passion for community centered work.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Constituent software programs.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office including Word, Publisher, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
- Experience with donor software preferred.
- Travel to off-site areas for PHNCF programs and events.
- Detail oriented with good attention to detail.
- Works well under pressure.
- Able to prioritize workload. Able to work both independently and in a team environment
