Your Key Responsibilities

As the Manager of Industrial Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and efficiency across our processes, ensuring the highest levels of productivity and performance. Key Responsibilities :
Spearhead the continuous enhancement and adaptation of the Schaeffler production system within your designated area of the organization, fostering a culture of improvement and excellence.
- Maximize productivity across core and support production processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive key engineering initiatives that promote continuous improvement, optimizing production workflows and processes.
- Craft and implement an engineering strategy that aligns with our core organizational objectives and industry standards.
- Align capacity demand with budget considerations and strategic investment projects, optimizing resource allocation and project execution.
- Analyze production performance metrics to pinpoint areas for optimization, implementing solutions that drive efficiency and performance.
- Lead and inspire the Industrial Engineering team, harnessing their talents to achieve organizational targets and breakthrough results.
Your Qualifications
Minimum :
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field5 years of experience in a relevant technical and leadership role, with a proven track record of success in industrial engineering and process improvementStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication, teamwork, and knowledge of industry standardsGoal and results orientedExperience leading functional and cross-functional teamsExternal applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorshipPreferred :
Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or similarProficiency in CAD software and mechanical engineering principlesExperience within automotive OEM and / or bearing manufacturing environmentsOur Offering
