Your Key Responsibilities

Spearhead the continuous enhancement and adaptation of the Schaeffler production system within your designated area of the organization, fostering a culture of improvement and excellence.

• Maximize productivity across core and support production processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Drive key engineering initiatives that promote continuous improvement, optimizing production workflows and processes.
• Craft and implement an engineering strategy that aligns with our core organizational objectives and industry standards.
• Align capacity demand with budget considerations and strategic investment projects, optimizing resource allocation and project execution.
• Analyze production performance metrics to pinpoint areas for optimization, implementing solutions that drive efficiency and performance.
• Lead and inspire the Industrial Engineering team, harnessing their talents to achieve organizational targets and breakthrough results.
