Starting Pay : $16+ Depending on Experience

Shift : Full-time hours, Monday through Friday. No weekends!

Location : Rapid City, SD

As our Payroll & Accounting Support Specialist, you'll be one of those behind-the-scenes heroes who keeps everything running smoothly with your magnificent attention to detail, so we can maintain our community focus on the work that changes lives.

A large chunk of your role will be making sure payday is a cause for celebration : checking timesheets, processing deductions, importing retirement reports, and answering questions from staff. When a paycheck hits someone's account without a hitch, that's you quietly saving the day. You're here making sure the math is mathing, and that annual audits are no reason to sweat. But your work doesn't stop there. You'll also back up our accounting team, helping with invoices, reconciliations, reports, and anything else that keeps the financial side of the Y humming along. You'll be the person people rely on when numbers get tricky, deadlines are tight, or someone just needs a little help making sense of it all.

We're looking for someone who notices the details that others might miss and who takes pride in getting things right. Experience with iSolved is a bonus, but what really matters is that you're reliable, organized, and understand the ins and outs of payroll processing, and that the work you do behind the scenes has a big impact on everyone else.
