Call Center Customer Service Representative

Location : Appleton, WI

Employment Type : Full time and Part time

Schedule : Weekdays & every other weekend required

Hours : 2 : 00 pm 10 : 00 pm OR 3 : 00 pm 11 : 00 pm

What you will be doing :

• Provide professional customer service by phone and in person
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction
• Perform administrative tasks and basic data entry
• Work independently and take initiative when needed
• Support team operations and help create a positive environment

What you need :

Typing test : 30-35 WPM

Strong computer and interpersonal skills

Call center experience preferred

Able to sit and focus for full 8-hour shifts

Reliable attendance is critical

Positive attitude and desire to learn

Professional and pleasant telephone voice

Some admin / leadership experience is a plus

Must be a self-starter able to work with limited supervision
