Position Title : Leasing Agent

Position Type : Full / Hourly; On-Site

Compensation : $14 per hour

The Leasing Agent works to achieve the property’s revenue goals by maximizing achieved occupancy and rental rates. This is a hands-on, customer service-oriented role that requires excellent communication and organizational skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Work with Leasing Manager to maintain daily knowledge of current leasing, occupancy and availability.
• Follow Campus’s Leasing and Marketing guidelines for :

Greeting Prospects and Residents
