Rezdôra   is a   NY Times 3-Star and Michelin Star   Italian Restaurant dedicated to the food & hospitality of the Emilia Romagna region in Italy. The restaurant was founded by CIA graduate chef Stefano Secchi and entrepreneur David Switzer.  Mr. Secchi’s father is from Italy and he has worked and cooked in the homeland for 3 years including at Osteria Francescana, All’Enoteca and Hosteria Giusti, based in Modena, Emilia Romagna and Canale, Piemonte respectively.

Our ideal candidate is a warm, dynamic and energetic host who is dedicated to the hospitality industry and is looking to build their career in the world of fine dining. A few of the responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Greeting guests at the door in a timely and friendly fashion
• Managing the wait list and assisting in other elements of dinner service
• Participating in driving service which may include clearing tables, running food and taking cocktail orders
• Maintain our various spaces and act as a liaison between the FOH and BOH
• Experience with Resy or Open Table is a plus, as is enthusiasm for Italian wine & culture
