Shift / Hours : 1st shift : 6 : 30 am – 3 : 00 pm
Job Summary :
The Assembly Operator will operate specialized equipment to assemble microelectronics, inspect components under microscopes, and ensure compliance with Military and Jedec standards. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and teamwork, with opportunities for training and growth in a stable and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Operate manual, automatic, and semi-automatic assembly equipment under supervision.
Inspect die and packages using high and low-power microscopes per Military and Jedec standards.
Follow specifications, reaction paths, and written or verbal instructions.
Use hand tools to assemble delicate products without damaging components.
Train other employees on basic equipment and assembly processes.
Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready work area.
Use computer-based systems to track products and enter production data.
Required Experience :
High school diploma or GED required
Previous electronics or semiconductor assembly experience preferred
Nice-to-Have Experience :
Stable work history with proven long-term commitment
Required Skills :
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail
Preferred Skills :
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience with microelectronics or semiconductor assembly
Additional Skills :
Ability to accurately follow detailed specifications and instructions
Strong focus on quality, measurement, and inspection
