HVAC Software Engineer

Job Description

Responsible for development of Automated Logic  software for the purpose of controlling HVAC / Lighting and integrating third party devices to the Automated Logic building automation system per the engineer’s sequence of operation using CSC established standard.

Duties

• Communicating regular progress reports for project managers, project directors and clients
• Initial project review
• Review sequence of operations
• Generate databases using ALC Sitebuilder
• Generate software programs using ALC Logicbuilder
• Modifications to existing systems as needed
• Program simulation, troubleshoot as needed
• Improving system efficiencies
• Integration of multiple systems
• Knowledge of industry standard integration (Modbus, Lonworks, BACnet, etc.)
• Coordinate with project directors and project engineers
• Custom report generation
• Implement change orders
• Manage multiple projects with competing priorities
