Marketing Coordinator Position

Mintahoe Catering & Events is one of the largest family-owned catering companies in the Twin Cities area. For over 30 years, we have delivered exceptional food, service, and hospitality across premier venues and events of every size. We are passionate about creating memorable experiences and want someone equally excited to bring our brand to life.

We're looking for a detail-oriented, creative Marketing Coordinator to support a wide range of initiatives including digital campaigns, social media, designing projects, and event promotions. This role is perfect for someone organized, collaborative, and eager to grow with a dynamic team.

Digital & Print Marketing, Support campaigns, ad placements, menus, flyers, proposals, and signage.

Social media : Create and scheduling content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, as well as capturing event photos, videos, while engaging with followers.

Content Creation and Design, editing photos, short videos while building visuals using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools.

Update website and digital listings, assist with SEO-friendly blog writing and updates.

Team Support : Help with events, sponsorships, and community engagement while sharing fresh marketing ideas.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree / equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in marketing, design, content creation or a combination of (internships count).

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Minimum of one (1) year working with social platforms, SEO, and analytics.

Proficiency in Canva, Adobe, or similar tools.

Highly organized, collaborative, and adaptable.
