Field & Events Marketing Manager

Kognitos seeking a results-driven Field & Events Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This role will own the planning, execution, and optimization of Kognitos' event strategy, encompassing everything from regional field events such as executive dinners, workshops, and roadshows, to major industry conferences and tradeshows.

You will collaborate closely with sales and marketing to create memorable experiences that drive brand awareness, generate pipeline, and strengthen relationships with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Event Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute an annual field and events calendar aligned to business priorities and sales objectives.
• Manage event logistics including vendor relationships, contracts, booth design, and budget.
• Drive event promotions, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-up in collaboration with Sales.
• Support partner co-marketing opportunities and joint events to expand market reach.
